I've never really worked out much before let alone tried boxing.  Are beginners ok to join?
Yes of course!  Instruction is non-contact.  We begin by working with you on footwork, movement and how to throw a punch properly.  From there, we build and teach you combinations, technique and help you to expand your knowledge of boxing.  You will have fun and learn a lot all while getting a great sweat and overall body workout.  And if you discover that boxing just isn't for you, then we do offer other instruction to help you obtain your fitness goals.

How should I prepare for class?

Please be prepared by dressing in appropriate workout attire including proper athletic shoes and also have a sweat towel, yoga mat & bottled water.  Review the class description for any additional required equipment.

What is the age range for your youth classes?

Our youth classes are for ages 9-17.  A parent or guardian must be present to sign our waiver prior to attending for the first time.
